My Background

I’m an art therapist with a private practice in midtown Toronto. I see children and adults individually. I also work as a group facilitator. I’ve developed groups that serve adolescents struggling with addiction (CAMH), people with dementia and their caregivers (Baycrest Health Sciences), and seniors living with complex mental health issues (Elm Grove Living Centre).

My artistic background is wide-ranging. I’ve worked as an actor, visual artist, writer, and singer-songwriter. I’m comfortable using all the arts therapeutically. I hold a master's level diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from The CREATE Institute - Centre for Expressive Arts Therapy Education.

My application has been submitted to The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is awaiting review.
